The Centre authorises the manufacture and distribution of Homeobotanical remedies and ancillary products
for the express use by suitably qualified health practitioners. Within the Centre research and development on
the unique qualities of Homeobotanical (Hb) therapeutics is conducted. Practitioners of Hb therapy who staff
the Centre, provide support and clinical advice to Hb Clinicians all around the world. The Herbal Energy Centre
also provides the framework for post-graduate education and tutorial services for Practitioners.
Practitioners of Homeobotanical Therapy are invited to become Members of the Homeobotanical Institute, a
professional society incorporated in New Zealand. The Institute is the disciplinary body for this modality and
is a founding Signatory of the New Zealand Charter of Health Practitioners Inc. Chartering in Homeobotanical
Therapy is open to Members within New Zealand, but Warrants of Registration apply to Hb Practitioners
everywhere. The Institute issues a regular Newsletter by email and snail mail for Practitioners of
Homeobotanical Therapy. Various Chapters or branches of the Hb Institute have been formed in several countries, including Australia.
